If your permissions allow, you can set up email alerts for each of your saved searches.
Candidate alerts are emails that our system can automatically send you, containing the details of candidates that meet the criteria you set. Please note, you must have access to the CV database to set up candidate alerts.
You can choose between two different options depending on the alerts format and frequency suit you best:
- Candidates by email - sent as soon as a candidate registers that meets your criteria. You will receive one candidate per email and a maximum of 10 emails every two hours.
- CV Broadcast - sent once a day containing details of all candidates that match the criteria you have set.
It's easy to set up candidates alerts but you will need to check with your account manager to see whether or not you have this option set up on your account. If not to you can request the option to be switch on.
